This International Women’s Day, we’d like to take a moment of appreciation for our wonderful team of women at the pod.

We’re so proud of every single one of you. Such a strong group of women, showing up for all of the hotpodders who walk through the doors to give them the best experience possible while they’re in the pod. We couldn’t do this without you 💜

Hotpod Yoga Derby is moving to brand new premises! 🎉🔥

After eight incredible years at our studio, it’s time to move on! In 2017 I started popping up the pod in village halls in Allestree and, what can I say, Allestree, we are coming home!

We’re turning the page and stepping into an exciting new chapter for our studio and our community relocating to The Cube at Park Farm in Allestree.

This move is about so much more than a change of address. It’s about creating a space that truly reflects the experience and brand we’ve worked so hard to build. A space that feels elevated, welcoming, energising, and completely aligned with who we are.

The whole team is absolutely buzzing about what’s ahead. We cannot wait to welcome you into a space where you can move, sweat, connect and unwind in a way that feels truly special.

This is a huge milestone for us and it wouldn’t be happening without your unwavering support!

We’ll be sharing more details very soon — including timelines, launch plans and how we’ll celebrate this new chapter together (and yes, there will definitely be celebrations).

Here’s to fresh starts, stronger community and an even better Hotpod Yoga experience.
