January is the new December don’t you know? No January blues over here, just a good old relax, recharge and a team ready for the year ahead!

It takes a lot running studios, a lot from teachers and a lot behind the scenes. We had our first HPY awards night and as funny as some of them were it’s a reminder of how much everyone does to keep things running so perfectly. I always feel very grateful to sit down with such a lovely bunch of humans, all like minded and passionate to help others. How lucky are we to do this! A huge thank you to each and every teacher who’s with us at both studios. We missed you if you couldn’t make it! And an even bigger thank you to our behind the scenes ladies Amy and Eszter for making things seem effortless when there’s actually a lot of effort needed!

Here’s to an amazing year ahead of making even more people feel amazing! 💜 Leah xx

Complete - unlimited classes - £80

Regular - 10 classes - £70

Off Peak - unlimited off peak classes - £60

Mini - 5 classes - £45

Student - 1 class per week - £30

Awww Lindsey! 800 classes over a fantastic 8 years of being with us 💜 I have a lot of love for this human. Always comes in with a smile, positive, funny, caring and supportive. Yes, I convinced her to try one of my classes when I first opened and she’s never looked back (pretty sure I might’ve asked her to help me carry half a pod into a village hall too 🤔)

Reading a post like this actually made me cry. So often when you’re running a business you can sometimes forget the impact of what we do has on people. Most of the time you don’t hear feedback, you just keep pushing along. Recruiting the best team for your business doesn’t come easy either, choosing those who you know are as passionate about helping others as you are is key. A post like this reminds me and the team how loved and supported we are and that yes, we are still here and still doing well and still changing lives for the better.

People come to us for all sorts of reasons, physical, spiritual, stress, sleep, community, making friends, meeting partners, healing, grief, injury prevention, illness, recovery, mental switch off, relaxation. You name it, we will try and help.

Thank you Lindsey for sharing this beautiful message with us all, here’s to the next 800 classes 💜
