✨ A Beautiful Beginning at Gong Space ✨

Today we held our very first private sound healing session in our beautiful new home — and what an incredible start it was!

The energy was amazing, the participants were deeply open, and in a lovely twist of fate, I discovered I used to work with two of them — completely unplanned and such a joy to reconnect.

We’re feeling grateful, grounded, and excited for what’s to come.

✨ Sound Therapy Day Reflections ✨

Alex and I quite literally floated home yesterday after a full day of delivering our Sound Journey Immersion at Woodlands Natural Health Centre.

We were blessed to meet some truly amazing people, each of whom shared how powerfully the gong vibrations supported their inner journeys, from deep release to moments of stillness, insight, and peace.

The space was held with such care, and we’re both still feeling the positive after-effects of spending the day immersed in this sacred sound work. 🙏

✨ What a Night at Lutterell Hall! ✨

We had such a beautiful session yesterday evening at Lutterell Hall, the energy was high, the gongs were singing, and we were joined by a group of truly lovely souls. 💛

A special thank you to Joe, who supported the session and helped create a totally immersive sound experience that carried us all into a deep state of rest and renewal. 🙌

This event marked our final sound healing session at Lutterell Hall, as we now shift our focus toward developing our new wellness home, Gong Space Holistics, which is set to launch later this year. 🛸
