Holistic Massage

There are many benefits from receiving a massage, it is proven to change the chemical reactions taking place in your body. it reduces cortisol levels, a chemical released in our bodies when we are in a stressful situation, and increases the ‘happy’ hormones called serotonin and dopamine to ease your body back to a state of equilibrium.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

In Person Reiki Healing - Direct laying hands-on body contact, or if you prefer not to be touched, the practitioner is able to work hands-off the body, to channel Reiki just as effectively with the same healing benefits received

Distance Reiki Healing - Schedule a convenient time when you are able to lay down in the comfort of your home, to receive Reiki Healing from a distance and get the same healing benefits as when received in person

Reiki Massage

Reiki Healing combined with Holistic Massage incorporates the benefits received from both therapies simultaneously. Whilst the physical body is in a relaxed, peaceful state from holistic massage, the emotional and spiritual bodies will come together to form oneness and alignment with your inner essence - the true purpose of Reiki Healing, to realise one’s true self, find inner peace and live from the heart.
