🧡 Celebrating 9 Wonderful Years with Caroline! 🧡

Today we’re proud to celebrate a very special milestone for Caroline, our fantastic Care Experience Partner, who marks nine years with Right at Home Derby, Ashby, Burton & Uttoxeter.

Caroline plays a vital role in supporting all of our new Care Assistants during their first 12 weeks with the team. From helping them settle in, answering their questions, and offering reassurance and guidance, Caroline ensures every new team member feels supported as they learn the Right at Home way.

We are incredibly proud of the standards we uphold. Our Care Assistants go through a rigorous selection process, because we believe our clients deserve nothing less than the very best of the best. Caroline helps uphold these standards, ensuring our team delivers outstanding care, from uplifting conversations and meaningful companionship to the thoughtful, person-centred support that helps our clients live well at home.

Not only does Caroline play such an important role in supporting our team, she also brings a wonderful warmth to the office. She’s known for being funny, loyal, incredibly generous, and she makes an absolutely wicked cup of tea too! ☕

Caroline, thank you for your dedication, kindness and the amazing support you give to both our team and the people we care for. We are so lucky to have you as part of our Right at Home family.

🔴 Red Nose Day Fun at Right at Home! 🔴

It’s been a fantastic day in the office at Right at Home as we’ve come together to celebrate Red Nose Day ❤️

From delicious cupcakes to games and plenty of laughter 😂, there’s certainly been no shortage of fun (and a little friendly competition too!).
Most importantly, it’s all been in support of a brilliant cause ❤️🔴

Days like today are a great reminder of the importance of coming together, having a laugh, and supporting causes that matter ❤️

🧡 Nutrition & Hydration Week Has Begun! 🧡

Today marks the start of Nutrition and Hydration Week, an important national campaign that highlights the role good nutrition and proper hydration play in maintaining our health and wellbeing.
At Right at Home Derby, Ashby, Burton & Uttoxeter, supporting people to live well at home is at the heart of everything we do. Eating well, staying hydrated, and maintaining healthy routines are all essential for helping people stay independent, active, and feeling their best.

That’s why we’re excited to be hosting our very own Wellness Wednesdays on the last Wednesday of every month at Burton Fire Station. These free community sessions are designed to support local residents in making small but impactful changes that can improve their overall health and wellbeing.

During our sessions you can expect:
