For 72-year-old Averil Mohammad, reformer Pilates has been nothing short of transformative.

Today I taught my first Golden Bloom class in Mickleover and the brand new Bloom Reformer Studio Mickleover I was so excited to bring this class alive it was full and every woman was over the age of 50!, I have such a passion about women over 50 and helping them to live their best lives in a healthy way.
