As a Naturopathic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, I didn’t get into healing from a textbook. I got here because I had to — to survive.
I lived through addiction, domestic violence, chronic illness, and a complete loss of identity. I couldn’t talk to anyone close to me at the time — it was too painful, too confusing, and honestly, too dangerous.
What helped me hold on were other people’s stories. I didn’t know them, but their honesty gave me hope. That’s what planted the seed that healing was possible.
Even now, it feels uncomfortable to be open — like I’m being too much, or maybe I sound like a victim. But then I remember: people’s truth is what saved me. And if sharing mine helps even one woman feel less alone, it’s worth every moment of discomfort.
Today I help others heal through naturopathic nutrition, emotional work, and nervous system support. My work isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal.
If you’re in the dark right now, please know: healing is possible. You’re not broken. You’re just in the middle of your story.
