Haven Medical Centre, located at Keldholme Lane, closed on Friday 12th September 2025, following an eviction notice from the landlord.
What this means for you:
· You can continue to access care at our other sites, with Parkfields Surgery being the closest alternative.
· You do not need to re-register; you will remain with Aspiro Healthcare.
· There will be no reduction in services or appointments.
