It’s Self-Care Week so we turned to our incredible colleagues to find out how they prioritise their own wellbeing, because carers need to be cared for too. 💛

Mindful moments between shifts 🧘‍♀️ staying active 🚶‍♂️, making healthy choices 🥗, connecting with loved ones ❤️, and protecting time to rest 😴, self-care is an essential part of staying healthy and resilient enough to deliver the best care to our patients and communities.

We’re absolutely delighted that DHU Healthcare has been nominated by Salcare for the Partnership & Community Award at their Annual Awards Gala 🎉

Our colleagues have really enjoyed supporting Salcare through collections and community initiatives, and it’s an honour to be recognised alongside organisations making such a positive impact locally.

We provide the NHS 111 service across the Midlands and our team at Oldbury reached a milestone yesterday.

It was a year ago to the day that we moved into our permanent base at Birch House, prompting a dress down and celebration amongst our colleagues. Moving in a year ago was a proud day for all involved and we're delighted they have enjoyed a succesful year with us.

Congratulations to our magnificent team at Oldbury, providing advice and care for you, ensuring anyone who rings is seen at the right place for their health needs.
