Social media can be such a toxic place…

I’ve woken up this morning and yes picked my phone straight up 🫣 Facebook algorithm decides what they think I need to read…

First, second and third post I read is people slating Slimming World 😞

Let’s put it into context

If you follow Slimming World, stop and go back to old habits you will gain your weight I’m sure everyone can understand that, we are good but we’re not miracle workers 😜

If you calorie count, follow WW, Atkins or even use Mounjaro and stop without maintaining the changes you’ve made - guess what - you’ll regain your weight 🙄

Now I’m all for free speech BUT you’ll never find a Slimming World consultant slating other weight loss plans….stay in your lane and we’ll stay in ours, our lane has 56 years of experience and I quite like it 😃
