Across the course, you will be introduced to a range of techniques designed to help you cultivate presence, ease stress and develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.

Practices are accessible and adaptable, making this course suitable whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice. You can drop into an individual class or commit to the full course.

Yoga for Deep Release and Rejuvenation for the whole system 🌿

This body-centred workshop invites you to listen more deeply — to the language of your body, to the whispers of your nervous system, and to the patterns of tension that quietly shape how we move through life. We’ll explore how layers of holding, both conscious and unconscious, can gently soften when met with presence and compassion.

Together, we will journey through a grounding meditation to connect with ourselves and our nervous system, an embodied exploration of the senses, and practical tools to release tension and restore balance. You’ll be guided through a somatic yoga practice designed to befriend and soothe the nervous system, before resting into the stillness of a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra.

Lovely to welcome some new faces to last night’s session at The Breathing Space Yoga Studio ✨

This class attracts a lovely mix of people who are brand new to yoga alongside those who practise regularly with us. With plenty of options and modifications offered throughout, the class is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all.

Our Wednesday evening flow will help you strengthen and stretch, improve flexibility and balance, and meet you exactly where you are right now.

💻 Or online from the comfort of your own home

With a focus on mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, this nurturing session aims to leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed, calm, grounded and de-stressed.
