🌿 Befriend your Nervous system - Yoga for Deep Release and Rejuvenation for the whole system 🌿
Join us for a wonderful body centred workshop that invites you to listen more deeply — to the language of your body, to the whispers of your nervous system, and to the patterns of tension that quietly shape how we move through life.
We’ll explore how layers of holding, both conscious and unconscious, can gently soften when met with presence and compassion.
Together, we will journey through a grounding meditation to connect with ourselves and our nervous system, an embodied exploration of the senses, and practical tools to release tension and restore balance.
You’ll be guided through a somatic yoga practice designed to befriend and soothe the nervous system, before resting into the stillness of a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra.
