It’s a 10-week 1:1 therapy and coaching container for men who feel under pressure and want clarity, structure, and tools that actually work.

This isn’t group work or surface-level support — it’s focused, individual therapy with ongoing contact between sessions.

A lot of men worry that therapy will change them, soften them, or take something away.

In reality, what usually changes is the load.

When pressure is understood and shared, men often become clearer, steadier, and more themselves — not less.

That’s the work I focus on here.

1️⃣ Warm cup of Lemon Water (anchor) – Begin your day slowly with the warm cup in both hands. Notice the scent, the warmth, and the quiet pause before the day begins. Silently remind yourself, “I’m here. I don’t need to rush.”
2️⃣ One Minute of Breathing – Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, exhale through your mouth for 6. Let your breath drop into your belly and fall away from the mouth.
3️⃣ One Word Intention – Ask: “What do I need most today?” Let one simple word arise — steady, ease, focus, connection, kindness.
4️⃣ Gentle Movement (optional) – A stretch, shoulder roll, or stepping outside for a breath of air. Notice your body waking up.
5️⃣ Small gratitude – Choose one thing and say, “I am grateful for…”
