I've often wondered what it would be like if mediums had a walk on song, like many sports have.
What do you think would make the best, funniest or worst choice for a medium?

This is a time for retrospection, for looking at why certain things affect you.
Are there things which invoke a certain response or feelings based on the memories they hold or the associations they carry? Forgiveness isn't all about saying sorry it also involves moving past emotions which have become ingrained or habitual. These can stem as far back as childhood, and in some cases to past lives.
Take a little time to assess the catalyst to certain feelings and responses to gage whether they still hold relevance or have become simply the set way of reacting.

Rather than give my own words and message with this card, from Alana Fairchild's Rumi Oracle, I have chosen to use a passage from the accompanying book.

Any limitations you are feeling or experiencing are simply an opportunity for you to formulate a way to overcome them. This applies especially to ones which come from others. Your experience is different to everyone else and as such you cannot be subject to the same fears simply because you have certain things in common. There is no right or wrong way to do things only what is right for you. There is no pressure or expectation to follow a trail of footprints just because they are there; be confident and brave enough to make your own prints and to do things your way.
