Come and take a sneak peek inside. We have a variety of quiet therapy rooms. At your initial consultation, your osteopath or physiotherapist will be able to identify treatments likely to be most effective for you. You are more than welcome to bring a chaperone on your first visit.

We are easy to find on the A6, just off the A38. Look out for the Shell garage on your left and we are diagonally across on the right in a row of shops next to Derwin Avenue. There is parking in front of the clinic or in a car park opposite and Trent buses run past the Clinic approximately three buses an hour.

What? Who ? Why? How? When? Where?

SaunaYouFree is the brainchild of the British Sauna Society (BSS) and SaunaOurSouls (SOS), two organisations with many dovetailing aims and objectives, one being to grow sauna culture in the UK.
SaunaOurSouls in particular, is a gathering of doctors, nurses, NHS staff, mental health professionals, social workers, sauna owners, social prescribers, grant writers, therapists, and ambassadors of hot cold therapy.

As a member of both organisations, SaunaHood/SaunaPause are excited to be part of this drive to expand the conversation, and initiate action to make sauna and safe cold exposure accessible to more people in the UK and beyond through varied avenues including social prescribing, charitable funding and donations for people with less means and most in need.

The SAUNAYOUFREE month-long campaign returns in 2025 for it’s second year following last year’s great success in sauna-ing 1400 people via the 50 plus sauna operators who offered their service for free.

This Year SaunaHood/SaunaPause are proud to be taking part too, so if you meet the criteria, please get In touch & come and take some time out on the benches, experience the love and Loyly and spread the good word far and wide!
