Through the combination of foods and herbs such as honey, vinegar, black seed, figs, dates, olive oil etc as mentioned in the holy Quran and recommended by Nab

The Tabeeb uses a range of Sunnah based therapies such as Islamic Counselling, Dhikr Therapy, Islamic Mediation, Gentle Exercise, Massage etc for healing and shifa.
