Being overweight isn’t about appearance, ’s about how we feel and how our bodies cope day to day.
Carrying extra weight can increase the risk of health problems such as: 💔 Heart disease

🩺 High blood pressure

🍬 Type 2 diabetes

🍓 Add berries or bananas to your breakfast, with yogurt, cereal or even French toast.

🍍 Ice lollies! Homemade fruit lollies are the most refreshing way to get fruity, I’ve included a link below for inspiration.

🍊 Salad: pomegranate seeds, apple, orange slices bring a flavour sensation you won’t know you needed!
