Shane Keeling is a fully qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist who graduated from Harper Adams University's specific Veterinary Physiotherapy post-graduate diploma course in 2014. Shane originally trained as a Human Physiotherapist at Sheffield Hallam and qualified in 2010. Shane is a fully registered Veterinary Physio with the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP). Being a member of the NAVP ensures that the Physiotherapist has undergone a recognised training course, that they are fully insured and that they adhere to strict codes of professional conduct. The NAVP acts to regulate their Physio's by ensuring that they complete annual continual professional development (CPD) courses/days, this ensures that they maintain their skill levels and improve their knowledge base. Shane provides a mobile service across most parts of the Midlands, but can travel further on request (there may be additional costs for this service). Shane is flexible and regularly has appointments throughout the week, including weekends and late evening slots (mainly during the summer when its light!) All animals will be considered for treatment, subject to your Vet's consent/referral. Appointments and treatment sessions generally last 1hr to 1hr 30mins, which include full history taking, initial assessment of your animal, treatment and a final debrief of any homework or exercises for the owners. Copies of notes are always provided. Prices are per session no matter how long it takes!
