The service offers Recovery Education Workshops, A Range of Peer Support Groups and Structured Self-help skills via 1-1 sessions.

Our women’s group is having a rebrand!

From the 19th November our former ‘Women’s Group’ will be running on a Wednesday Morning at 10:30 and will be referred to as ‘Women’s Coffee Morning’
This is a safe space for any woman who wants to meet new people, look after their wellbeing or come and see what Life Links have to offer ☺️
