2025 is the year of the yin Wood Snake and gives us the opportunity to shed old skin, and habits or ways that no longer serve us, and in the process make way for better habits and ways that support our aims and wishes. The snake is a symbol of rebirth, transformation, knowledge, creativity and intuition. It also symbolizes healing, and integration of body mind and spirit, a concept very close to the heart of acupuncture practitioners.
