When you're in the middle of 'emotional' power cut and it feels like you're up against the world, it certainly isn't that easy to put on the light. However even a tea light can throw a glimmer of light and be able to see even a little bit.
Take a moment...breathe in and direct (not guide.. DIRECT!) your thoughts to a quieter, calmer place. Separate yourself; step out and away from this darker side of you. spend a moment and ask that side what it's purpose is. Then decide... do you WANT to believe it?...do you WANT to step back into that side of you?... or would you rather tackle the situation from this clearer thinking side of you that can work towards a much better outcome?

This statement isn't to make is feel like the world is watching and judging us.. it isn't to make us feel pressure to keep up.. to match, to compete and be better than.

It's just motivating you to move yourself, do something and, whilst you may take rest breaks..not GIVE UP until you get what you're after!

I'm a little concerned. On one hand it's great we are protected by community standards and facebook protects us well but this person reached out to my hypnotherapy business page and got blocked before I saw it. It was a private message that obviously used language not permitted, but could I not have been allowed to see it (and then report had it been that bad ?) This person needed help.
