Bass Rogan Josh, boiled rice, a cheesy naan & a dollop of fat free yoghurt! 😋 9.5 syns in total. 🤤

Full of free foods: brown onion, cherry tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, cardamom pods, turmeric, ground coriander, chilli flakes, veg stock cube, and boiled rice.

Garlic & coriander mini naan = 9.5 syns topped with some of my healthy extra cheese allowance! 🧀 🍛

Delicious 😋

Even though I no longer eat meat myself, I still love cooking up slim-friendly, hearty, meaty meals for the family.🍴I’ll always share them here to give a few ideas and the best of both worlds.❤️

Tonight’s comfort dinner was a Shepherd’s Pie packed with speed & free foods — 5% less fat beef mince, carrots, red onion, tomato paste, garlic, marmite, beef stock, mashed potatoes, with grated mature cheddar (Healthy Extra A) on top.🧀

Served it up with 2 Yorkshire puddings (2.5 syns each) and 200ml beef gravy (3 syns).😋

✨ Total: 8 syns for a comforting, filling plate with some leftover for tomorrow’s lunch!

It smelt beautiful and the family’s feedback was 10/10! 🥳

Mozzarella Cups = ONLY ONE SYN EACH! 😮 ⚡️

Ingredients:

▪️Filo Pastry - 2x39g sheets (ready rolled)
▪️Light Mozzarella - 70g HEA choice
▪️2 roasted red peppers in brine from a jar
▪️Fresh basil
▪️Low calorie cooking spray

And I added a bit of black pepper 😋

Took less than 10 mins…
