It was a race against time to put together a slim-friendly, quick & low swip meal before settling down for the Traitors tonight! 😈 🤩

Protein bagel (fibre choice), 2 level tsps of light Clover (1 swip each), oak smoked salmon, spinach & fried eggs with some seasoning. 🍣 🍳

Grabbed my treats as well (totalling 7.5 swips) ready to see who bags the double vote in tonight's episode! 🗡️ ❤️

Obsessed with air-frying sweet potatoes and topping with a finely grated light Babybel lately! 😋 🥔

Also added a tsp of light Clover before adding the Babybel to these so this whole meal is only 2 swips (1 swip per tsp of the Clover), as the Babybel is 1 of 3 I’ve had for my calcium choice today! 🧀

Accompanied by half a plate of a speed salad 🥗 ❤️ Delicious & very filling!

Chocolate dipped weetabix, definitely one to try! 😋 7 swips for the chocolate mixture which is enough to cover 6 Weetabix meaning each chocolate dipped Weetabix is just over 1 swip each! Then I’ve rounded it up to 2 swips each to include a swip allowance for dunking into your milk unless using some from your calcium allowance!🍫 That’s why I say 2 swips each in the video, sorry for any confusion 🤭 there was too much to concentrate on! 😂 Of course, these are also only 2 swips each if you are using the Weetabix as your healthy fibre choice! 😊
