Sunday comfort food done right 😍🍽️

Today’s plate:
🌱 Richmond veggie sausages x3 (1.5 SWIPs each)
🥮 Golden Yorkshire puddings x 2 (2.5 SWIPs each)
🫗 Gravy – 2 SWIPs

➡️ Total: 11 SWIPs

Plus loads of FREE foods to keep it filling and balanced:
🥔 Mashed potatoes (using some of my milk allowance & some seasoning)
🥦 Broccoli
🥕 Roast carrots
🥬 Cabbage

Proper hearty, cosy dinner and still on track 🙌✨

Took some time for me & mum this evening… and focused on building confidence by trying something brand new, so therapeutic and has definitely cured the stress from yesterday 😅❤️

A huge thank you to Blossom Spray for such a lovely flower arranging workshop this evening.🌸 I’m so proud to have created a beautiful display all by myself… with expert guidance from the wonderful florist, Karen Spray 🥰 🌹

Special thanks to Karen whose knowledge and incredible skill made the whole experience both inspiring and enjoyable. 🩷 My mum & I had such a great time together too and we learned lots! 🌺

We can’t wait to try this again — highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go! 💐

After an extremely stressful day, I ALWAYS feel tempted to order a takeaway… especially when I’m exhausted and can’t be bothered to cook 😩

But instead, I got off my backside, said no to myself, and kept it simple instead.💪

Made a super easy cheese & tomato pasta in just over 10 mins, using:
• 40g reduced fat cheese (calcium choice) 🧀
• 25g light Philadelphia (2 SWIPs)
• 1.5 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto (3 SWIPs)🍅
• A dollop of tomato paste + black pepper

Nothing fancy, might look boring or not worth 5 SWIPs but it’s way less than what a greasy takeaway would’ve been, PLUS no guilt, yay! 🙌 🥳

Small wins count, especially on the hard days ❤️

Massively went off plan yesterday celebrating Mother’s Day with my mum! 🥰 It was a great day but probably consumed about 10000000 swips! 🤣 Straight back on it today though, no guilt, and starting with an egg, cheese & hash brown muffin with ketchup = 13.5 SWIPs! 😋
