Here is a brief outlook at why, in my opinion Mint "is a SUPER herb".

Culinary and Medicinal Uses:

It is also recognized for its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory

Natural Pest Control:

👃🏼Mint's strong fragrance, due to its essential oils, is a natural deterrent for many garden pests.

🦟 It can repel flies, moths, aphids, spider mites, and mosquitoes.

🐜🕷️Mint can be used to deter ants by crushing leaves and placing them near entry points.
It is also known to repel mice, deer, spiders, and cockroaches.

It is very cheap and easy. to grow, warning it does spread so keep in a pot if you don't want it to take over an area.

Having trouble with bloating, grow your own mint, pick fresh leaves. Crush & stew for your own mint tea. I add honey to taste. Tastes amazing.
