Struggling to find time to exercise during the work week? Many people think they have to set a couple of hours aside in their day to go to the gym and that's not always practical or realistic. So here are some tips on how to sneak in some exercise whilst you're at work. Give it a go. Sometimes the smallest changes have the biggest impact.

You've had a massage and you feel great! What do you do now to keep that post massage feeling? You take proper care of your body to ensure you get the most benefit from your treatment.

It's what you do after a massage that really counts, so:

• drink lots of water...and then drink some more.
• avoid caffeine and alcohol.
• RELAX and truly recover.
• don't overeat or fill your body with treats, as tempting as it might be.
• correct your posture!!!
• do some simple breathing exercises and stretches.

Aftercare shouldn't be an afterthought. Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

Do you suffer with IBS? I know from personal experience how difficult and uncomfortable and embarrassing it can be. I keep a note of all foods that trigger me and have made changes to my diet to help with this but another big thing that has helped, is hijama. It's made a huge difference to my digestive system and has helped on the occasions when I've had a really bad flare up.

If you struggle with IBS or other digestive issues, I highly recommend trying hijama.
