👣Clinical Reflexology to help calm and rebalance the nervous system, reduce pain, inflammation, stress and tension. Increase inner peace, improve sleep, balance hormones.
👣Reikiflex session (Reflexology & Reiki through the feet) to calm the central nervous system, reduce stress & tension and allow a safe place for emotional release through Reiki 👣
💆♀️Facial Reflexology to help reduce sinus issues and tension headaches. Also helps to balance hormones and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. I will also incorporate lymphatic drainage to help reduce facial swelling and puffiness.
🙏Reiki to help rebalance the energy system, helping to clear any stagnant or blocked energy that needs to go. Often during sessions I am guided to physical areas of the body that needed balancing, as well as additional information which may came through to help you to make sense of your current situation.
👣Reflexology with RLD (Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage) helps reduce stress and tension, reduce aches and pains in the feet and body from standing for long periods of time, and reduce fluid retention in her feet and ankles.
💎Crystal Healing combined with Reiki to clear and balance the energy system, helping any old unwanted trapped emotions and energy.
👣Oncology Reflexology, supporting you through your cancer journey before, during and after treatment.
➡️I also work with clients who have secondary lymphoedema following a cancer diagnosis or treatment.

🤰Fertility and Maternity Reflexology- supporting you mind and body through your Fertility journey and pregnancy. Reflexology helps to put the mind and body into an optimum place to concieve. Reduces stress, anxiety and tension. Balances hormones, stimulates thr circulatory system.
