A big part of the solution focused hypnotherapy process is focusing on the positive aspects of your life. It is important for us to think more positively, so that we can reduce our anxiety and get out of the primitive, negative part of the brain.

During sessions we ask you to focus on what has been good about your week to get you into that left pre-frontal cortex of the brain🧠(the positive part) this is so beneficial when we get you on the couch for hypnosis.

Try writing down as many things as you can that have been good each week and see how it can benefit how you feel💚
