The power of reiki ⚛️🤍✨

This clients first session we had yesterday with this client was magical.
We discovered that there was some deep rooted issues coming up and causing blockages within the energy flow.
After discussing what come up in the session and what the client could do next to resolve some of the issues, the energy felt like it was buzzing 👏🏽
Woke up to this message this morning, hopefully the session has done more than just realign the energy within the client but also helped with physical issues too 🫶🏽

2 hour sports massage!
This treatment is going to get into a few niggly problems you have. It will be tailored to your needs.
I have had a quite a few people in over the last week who have booked in for something else but this is the session that they need. They haven’t been to me before and come in with more than one problem or they haven’t been to me for a long time. If you aren’t keeping up with your maintenance massages, you cannot expect that your first session back will be just like your last because there will be a lot of work required 💪🏼

Goooood morrrrniingggg!

How do you start off your day? Are you foul and grump? Or happy and bubbly?

How you start your day is how you set yourself up for the rest of the day, the rest of the week, the rest of the year so make sure you are in a good mood!

How I start my day:
I wake up at least an hour before I have to start getting ready.
I instantly turn the lamp on if it’s still dark so my eyes can wake up. Nothing worse than trying to wake up in the dark, it just makes you want to go back to sleep or snooze the alarm and then you feel crap all day!
I go down make breakfast and a coffee.
Catch up on socials and read my book for at least half an hour.
When I get ready I put my favourite music to have a dance to, this gets the energy moving in your body and puts you in a good mood 😝

With this routine I never fail to be in nothing but a good mood. Take a look at your morning routine. The worst thing you can do is snooze, be late, run around rushing, skip breakfast and then be in a grump all day 😒
