Saturday yoga mornings are back!!

Join me for a themed morning in the summer months. We will be exploring all things yoga; asana, breath, meditation and philosophy.

Time to explore body and mind and be in a quiet space.

It’s been a long time since I have posted anything on here. But I have been quietly exploring and learning in the background.

I am holding regular yoga morning this Saturday and there are a couple of spaces left.
We explore Hatha yoga practices including, breathwork, meditation, asana and restorative practices.
