Hello! 👋 I’m Jen. It's been a while since I put a face to my name on here, so I thought it was about time, especially for my new followers here in Sussex.

A little about me... I moved from London to Hassocks in Sussex nearly eight months ago, which was an exciting leap of faith. So far, I'm loving the abundance of nature all around and slowly getting used to the change in pace.

I had a treatment room in my garden in London and I've now set up something similar here in Hassocks. This time backing onto ancient woodland with the sound of birdsong! Before that, I spent nine years working in a busy events management career in the charity sector.

I first discovered reflexology while working in China years ago (and felt amazing afterwards!) and have always loved massage. However, it wasn't until I experienced a few challenging years of infertility treatment, IVF, and a pregnancy loss that I truly felt the benefits on a personal level. Those difficult years made me realise the importance of carving out time for myself, to pause, reset and rebalance. It really got me through!

I’ve since been so fortunate to welcome twins and understand how demanding motherhood can be and how important self-care remains.

Whatever brings you to my treatment room, I feel so privileged to create a calm and welcoming space for you. All my treatments are bespoke and tailored to your individual needs.

Other things about me: When not working, I'm mostly chasing around after my 3-year-old twins. I love travelling (although I haven't done much lately!), playing around with essential oils, learning new massage techniques, swimming in the sea 🌊 and listening to podcasts.

Thursdays: 9am-6pm
Fridays: 9am-8pm
Saturdays: 9am-2pm
Sundays: 9am-2pm (a few times a month)

✨A LITTLE BIT OF NEWS ✨

Hello wonderful clients and followers,

I’ve been meaning to share this news for a little while now…(but have been kept very busy of late!)

Dave and I welcomed twins, Amelie and Otis, into the world a few months ago. They unexpectedly arrived 7 weeks early and spent a bit of time in the NICU but are home now and doing really well.

I had kept our news a little quiet as it took us a while to get to where we are, so although the pregnancy was a happy time, it was also an anxious time too. We are over the moon and forever grateful to have our babies home with us now 🥰

I am currently on maternity leave but look forward to taking bookings and seeing you for treatments again next year.

Thank you all so much for your support and lovely messages, it means so much.

✨BUSINESS UPDATE✨

As we head into a second national lockdown I shall be pausing all treatments from Thursday 5th November until Thursday 3rd December.

✨If your treatment is booked for Thursday or beyond, I shall do my best to fit you in on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

✨For those booked in a little later in November, I hope to be able to move your appointments to December.

✨For those still keen to book a pre-lockdown reflexology treatment or massage, I have a few slots available on Monday and Tuesday, and have also just opened up my calendar for Wednesday as well.

Morning Londoners! As we wake up to the new tier 2 restrictions, I thought it would be nice to post this image representing a ray of hope, light at the end of the tunnel 🌈

This was painted on a really grotty bridge down in Brockley and now it looks 👌🏻(they plan to put little gardens at each end of it too 🌳)

TIER TWO RESTRICTIONS UPDATE - ✨BUSINESS AS USUAL✨

Currently tier 2 restrictions for London applies to households mixing in social situations, it doesn’t apply to businesses based at home. I am closely following the advice of my governing bodies and continue to take bookings as usual (I shall update with any changes)

✨HELP KEEP EACH OTHER AND OUR LOVED ONES SAFE✨ - I kindly ask all clients to wear a mask and wash their hands on arrival. For your safety, I wear a mask plus visor too, as well as taking every possible precaution to ensure a sanitised home and treatment room. I am also CARD ONLY and have a card machine in my treatment room that can be used.

As before, if you have a booking with me and have any symptoms at all (even if very mild) or have been in close contact with somebody who does, we can rearrange your booking to another time when you are feeling better. You will not be charged for this. If you have prepaid, then I am happy to issue a refund.

I’m super excited to announce that I'm now back and taking bookings 🙌🏻😁

I’ve started to see a few of you in recent weeks and it’s been so lovely to get back to doing what I love doing best - giving treatments to my wonderful clients!

I kindly ask all clients to wear a mask and wash their hands on arrival. For your safety, I wear a mask plus visor too, as well as taking every possible precaution to ensure a sanitised home and treatment room. I am also CARD ONLY and have a card machine in my treatment room that can be used.

In the eventuality that government advice changes we can move bookings to another time (again you will not be charged for cancellations due to this)
