We spend so much time living from the neck up. Overthinking, overreacting, overanalysing. Spinning and spiralling in our heads, disconnected from body and soul.
As November beckons us to hibernate into these slower, winter months, it’s the perfect time to come home; back to your body, your breath. To what matters. To what’s real.
This month’s classes are all about grounding.
We’ll focus on finding support from the ground up, as we zone in on our often-overlooked feet and ankles. Cultivating core strength and pelvic stability to build a solid foundation in which we feel rooted. Moving with steadiness through strong transitions, arriving back, time and again, to our stable base.
We’ll bring ourselves back down to earth, with practices to regulate the nervous system - not to escape reality, but to soothe and settle into it.
