The biggest mistake I made when starting out as a PT was not deeply understanding my clients' beliefs. What they believed to be true will likely then dictate a behaviour, often of self sabotage and limiting their growth and potential.
Of course all PTs will ask "WHY".. Why now.. And consciously, most people will answer something along the lines of "I want to tone up, for my clothes to fit better". This isn't really their WHY though..
Their WHY is so much deeper than that and it's my role to understand, shift and help them create new, empowering beliefs.
