Lindsey Brocklehurst Working with intent, focus & unconditional love to build a calm & positive connection for you and your animal friends

My passion is to be around animals offering them and their guardians the help and love to live a healthy life. I am drawn to spending time in the presence of these beautiful sentient beings. As a qualified Animal Healer I provide energy healing for small animals and Equine’s as well as Canine Massage and Sensory Enrichment. I studied with the Healing Animals Organisation (HAO) in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs National Park in beautiful Sussex and previously volunteered at the RSPCA. Animals are beautiful sentient beings, which simply means that they can perceive or feel things both positive and negative in a very similar way to humans so they can experience pleasure, joy, pain and distress. My passion now is to be around animals offering them and their guardians the help and love to live a healthy life. I feel more and more drawn to spending time in their presence. Energy healing is used to describe a variety of holistic healing that uses the natural mind-body connection to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. Using the body’s natural energy to access, channel and manipulate that energy the body can gain improved balance by helping to remove energy deficiencies and blockages which in turn activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself and help support better health. All animals can benefit from healing which is a natural, non-invasive therapy, promoting calm, peace and deep relaxation. This can be done through a hand-on healing session or through distance healing.

I love this, don't we often feel guilty for taking a nap in the middle of the day? I've been learning to accept that sometimes I need to reset and that means leaning into listening to what my body needs.

Not all naps are created equal. From a 10-minute recharge to a full 90-minute reset, there’s a nap for every mood and moment. Keep it short, intentional, and supported by the calming properties of doTERRA Lavender.

Because rest isn’t just about sleeping; it’s about restoring. 💜

“How’s your energy today? Be honest—running on empty, a bit tired, or raring to go? 💬"
Me, I woke up feeling tired 🥱 this morning despite apparently getting a good nights sleep! And yes it's taken time to get going today.
I could have leaned into the tiredness and chilled out - I chose not to - I headed out into the chill with Tara, enjoying a brisk fresh walk.
And this afternoon I've managed to get on and be a little bit productive with work 😁.
I'm not going to say I have all the answers, I don't and to be honest this time of year it is still time for hibernation in reality. Yes there are signs of spring (partly because the seasons are a bit out of kilter), but we're not there yet.
Also, all the hype of the festive season can leave us feeling tired and a bit deflated - I don't feel like that, but I am stepping gently into 2026 rather than rushing full steam ahead.

How are you doing? Are you stepping in gently to 2026 or flying?

Winter ❄️

This cold snap is a quiet reminder of what winter is really about.
A season to slow down. To soften. To rest.

In nature, winter is a time of hibernation — and we are part of nature too.
We don’t need to rush around burning energy we don’t have.
We’re allowed to take our time.
To just be.

To cosy up by the fire, wrap ourselves in a blanket, sit with our animals.
To enjoy gentle walks in the crisp, cold mornings and let the stillness clear our minds.

We don’t need to make lots of resolutions we feel we should keep.
Instead, we can reflect… and reset with purpose.

What worked for you this past year?
What didn’t?
What are you ready to gently let go of?

✨ Take a quiet moment today and notice what your body and heart are asking for this winter.
If it feels right, share one word in the comments that captures your intention for the season 🤍

At the start of this new year, I don’t know about you but I haven’t made resolutions for years! They never really last. That said I do believe in reflection, letting go of things that no longer serve me and thinking about how I can live a better life. This year for me I feel a calm that I haven’t felt for some time, I more relaxed about what I want from life and how I can help others. It’s not all worked out yet and that’s fine.

👉Do you bother with resolutions?
👉Do you have a plan for the year already or working it out?

Love to hear from you.

Feeling grateful for the beautiful day. I love a chilly winter walk with the sun ☀️ coming up and the mist still over the fields. It warms my heart 💜 and makes me smile 😊. To add to that I have my gorgeous girl Tara by my side.

What an absolute awesome 🤩 day. Thank you to Emma Cooper 💕💕🤗 and all the ICONIC Membership experts who shared their insights, knowledge and wisdom with us. So many nuggets as well as a few challenges thrown at us 🤗

When women celebrate 🙌 and support women we are indeed both blessed and powerful 💪

It’s also fabulous to meet so many of those beautiful business women in person, normally only seen online. Everyone at different stages in their business, whether just starting and figuring it out, ready to take the next steps or actively working a successful business- everyone sharing the good the bad and sometimes ugly 😁.

And what an incredible last speaker Jessica Cunningham - Belief Coding founder - now we’ve got to go for that ‘impossible goal’
At the end of the day I was so touched to be recognisEmma Cooper OnlineOnline for completing my Transformational Coaching alonJo Douglasouglas and Carole Bennett as ‘Exquisite Transformational Coaches’ and apparently giving the best b**b hugs🤣🤣
Thank you to our beautiful mJoanna Ellis EWoman of Influenceluence, pushing me and making it a reality. 💕💕💜💜
