Lindsey Brocklehurst Working with intent, focus & unconditional love to build a calm & positive connection for you and your animal friends

My passion is to be around animals offering them and their guardians the help and love to live a healthy life. I am drawn to spending time in the presence of these beautiful sentient beings. As a qualified Animal Healer I provide energy healing for small animals and Equine’s as well as Canine Massage and Sensory Enrichment. I studied with the Healing Animals Organisation (HAO) in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs National Park in beautiful Sussex and previously volunteered at the RSPCA. Animals are beautiful sentient beings, which simply means that they can perceive or feel things both positive and negative in a very similar way to humans so they can experience pleasure, joy, pain and distress. My passion now is to be around animals offering them and their guardians the help and love to live a healthy life. I feel more and more drawn to spending time in their presence. Energy healing is used to describe a variety of holistic healing that uses the natural mind-body connection to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. Using the body’s natural energy to access, channel and manipulate that energy the body can gain improved balance by helping to remove energy deficiencies and blockages which in turn activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself and help support better health. All animals can benefit from healing which is a natural, non-invasive therapy, promoting calm, peace and deep relaxation. This can be done through a hand-on healing session or through distance healing.

Our beautiful walk yesterday was not without obstacles - namely cows 🐄 and quite a few of them 🤗
On the way was relatively easy, many were resting in the wooded area and in a neighbouring field.

On the way back a little different - they were a bit more lively and inquisitive 🧐

When you’ve got a dog with you have to have your wits about you and while keeping Tara very close those cows were getting a bit too close for comfort. 🐄 🐃 🐄

I had to put on my big deep voice and bit of arm waving to stop them following and getting any closer.

We got to the gate as quickly as possible without any more approaching us.

Tara did brilliantly 🤗

Yesterday Tara and I had a beautiful walk along the South Downs heading to the very peaceful Chattri war memorial.
It’s such a serene place almost hidden away, to remember the Indian Army soldiers who fought in the Great War, were cared for in and around Brighton, and ultimately gave their lives.

Thank you

Getting out to enjoy the sunshine ☀️, blue skies and being in nature.
No matter where we are, we can feel amazing 🤩

Feeling grateful for the sunshine ☀️ and blue skies- makes such a difference to the day and how we feel inside.
