No one every wants to fail, change can be difficult for many of us

I've come across a general theme in my lifetime

THE CURVE OF PROGRESS

First the curve will fall down and then it will break way up off the chart

Somewhere along the line we may have been programmed to think that failure is tabot and that we shouldn't talk about it ๐Ÿค”

Failing is the path to learning, growth and success.

Lets celebrate our falls and know that the best is always yet to come ๐Ÿ™Œ โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ†

Strength and flexibility - Stirah and Sukrah

You have one with the other and the good news weather your flexible or not we always start with strength

Core strength, ignites all our body lines and gives a strong foundation for beginners and Athletes.

Anyone can do asana!! You can even try vini yoga and not have to leave your chair!!

You may even find bending at the joints creates good space for you to get into your poses, deeper and safer on your joints, so if your hyper mobile and you dont know this already bending at the joint is good for you too! Asana keeps the body mobile and strong ๐Ÿ’ช

A positive mantra to help remind you that you will get better! Mantras are designed to fill the body every single ATOM with positive affirmafion. Repeat to yourself 108 times ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ

The line "its ok to not be ok" has good meaning but i personally found in very dark times its not very helpful in actually moving forwards!

What do the words shadow work mean to you?

Shadow work involves getting in touch with the parts of yourself that you've repressed or what many might refer to as their "dark side."
It involves "diving into the unconscious material that shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

When we bury things deep deep down inside ๐Ÿ’” it feels easier to move on and get on with it.

If you decide to face the darkness, embrace them and deal with them in your own way, remove the judgement and shame of others what an experience of growth that will be.

Yes its hard and it is not a fun journey to be able to recognise and not bury your sh*te anymore and yes you will show feelings maybe be low, feel confused, eventually you WILL deal with it and reach acceptance and maybe you will become STRONGER than ever before, mentally and physically.

The line "its ok to not be ok" has good meaning but i found its not very helpful in moving forwards! Its very soft!
