My lovely client Jenn has absolutely smashed this past year. Keep going jenn your doing amazing, not just with your weight and inch loss which are incredible but also with your mobility after knee surgery. Jenn has lost a whopping 4 stone and dropped an amazing 60.6 inches 👏 🥳

Sam devises different workouts each session, targeting specific, as well as multiple, muscle groups - no two sessions are the same. My lovely client jenn is absolutely smashing the lifestyle plan. Proving that even after knee surgery you can still exercise, lose weight and get fit 💪.

Jenn hit the 3 stone down mark today, and is improving in mobility and strength with every single session.

Looking forward to knocking our next goal out of the park like you did with this one. Keep going your killing it.

" The decision to get a PT was a big one as I hated exercising/gym but after my knee opp I knew I had to do something - my weight and size was out of control and was getting me down - so on the 17th march I took my first session with Sam and have never looked back since - we work hard and have a laugh at the same time - I enjoy every session and I’m loving my result - inches dropping- 2 dress sizes down and 3 stone so far - Thank you Sam"
