What a day for my lovely client sarah.
Not only did she hit her PB 95kg on deadlift but we did some measurements and pics and she is looking and feeling so much stronger and fitter. The pics speak for themselves. Keep up the great work!!

Since knackering my knee and back (not through exercise) I've not dare lift my PB but today i edged a little closer lifting 85kg. Not bad considering I only way 62kg 😁, I'll take it!!

RESULTS🎉

Beth started with me 6 months ago. She started on my 8 week lifestyle plan and did amazing! Beth has lost 2st 6lb and dropping 49.2. She we have been working on building muscle and toning. In doing this we have changed Beth's eating plan to fuel her body correctly and the results so far are insane. Well done Beth keep up the great work your absolutely smashing it!!

"I first got in touch with Sam around 6 months ago. I had been back at work for a few years after having my 2nd daughter and felt on a conveyor belt, unhappy with my figure, exhausted and lacking in confidence. I felt trapped and after rejoining the gym, found myself using it as a stick to beat myself with rather than something I enjoyed. I struggledto fit exercise in and had an unhealthy connection with food which I ate to make myself feel better'.
Sam really listened to me and understood that my 'all or nothing' nature meant that I needed to see quick results to keep engaged and to feel that change was possible. My lovely client Sarah attends my 40 minute lunchtime bootcamps 2-3 times a week and has seen a huge transformation an just by working out on her lunch break, proving that you can always fit a workout in even if you have a busy life and it pays off!! Well done sarah keep up the good work!!

Health & Fitness are a great way to increase strength and improve wellbeing, in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Sam devises different workouts each session, targeting specific, as well as multiple, muscle groups - no two sessions are the same. Several months on regular exercise 2-3 times a week has helped me to build strength and improve my fitness level, at an age when I've succeeded in overcoming my natural decline in muscle mass and a tendency to gain weight . HUNTER HEALTH AND FITNESS
RESULTS!🎉

Well what can I say. My amazing client holly is smashing it once again! Back after giving birth to her 2nd child, back for 20 weeks and is 5 stone down and has dropped a whopping 52 inches. Holly literally works her backside off in every session and sticks to my nutrition plan and is living proof that if you do this it pays off and you can reach your goals. Well done hol I'm a very proud PT and I am so happy for you! Keep up the great work.
