We are a GP Surgery based near Sefton Park and Smithdown Road If you wish to contact the practice please contact us directly.

We operate a telephone triage system if you would like to speak to or see a GP. Please contact the Surgery before 11am Monday-Friday to be added to that days list. Face-to-face appointments are available and will be offered if the GP feels it is required. Pre-bookable appointments are also available with the Practice Nurses, please contact the Surgery to arrange. We offer a full range of services including:

FREE detailed letters
FREE pre-employment medicals
FREE Jet Medicals
FREE Camp America Medicals
FREE printouts of medical record summaries and immunisation schedules

Terminal Illness Discount: Council Tax Reduction Scheme

Liverpool City council have made a decision to have reduced Council tax for terminally ill people who have had an SR1 issued.

Who can apply?

You may qualify for a council tax discount if:
you're terminally ill
your partner is terminally ill
a family member, including a child, is terminally ill

Your property must be within the Liverpool City Council area and be billed for council
tax by Liverpool city council.
You must also have been issued with an SR1 (Special Rules 1) form, which confirms a
terminal illness diagnosis.

UPDATED CHILDHOOD VACCINATION SCHEDULE:

From 1 January 2026, the NHS is introducing MMRV vaccination - measles, mumps,
rubella, chickenpox (varicella) - into the routine childhood vaccination schedule to
replace the MMR vaccination.

The new routine MMRV vaccine schedule will offer 2 doses with the first dose
recommended at the 12-month appointment. The second dose will be offered at the
new 18-month appointment. Older children will receive a second dose at 3 years 4
months.
