Calling all youth and schools workers! 🗣️

We are excited to announce that we are holding a Kardia training day at Bridge Church Lincoln.

Join us for a day filled with learning and networking at our Kardia training event. If you work with teenagers and would like to run an 8-week Kardia course in your own setting, then get yourself signed up.

The day will equip and resource you to run a Kardia course which helps young people to tackle negative thinking patterns through teaching in neuroscience (brain structure and neuroplasticity) whilst also considering some key factors such as social media use and comparison. It also has the option of introducing the Christian faith. ✝️
