This time of year isn't easy for a lot of people and this year I've seen and supported so many beautiful women and families who have been through the unthinkable.

We have cried, we have broken down, we have worked on healing, we have taken things one delicate step at a time.

As everything now ramps up for excitement and happiness, I want to acknowledge those who will be finding this time really hard and wrap you all up in love and support ♡

While others may post things that hit you hard, I want you to remember the following:

♡ It's ok to switch off to social media
♡ Not commenting on posts or answering messages is ok
♡ Protect yourself and your energy first
♡ if all you did this year was survive, you are doing amazing
♡ support is here as and when you need it
♡ If you are in the thick of a difficult journey, please know there is help and support available. You just need to reach out when you are ready ♡

It's getting close...... just 11 days until CHRISTMAS🎄🎁❤️✨

So as I step into possibly the craziest and busiest week of the year I wanted to mention a couple of things and I will start with the most important one:

✨ ILLNESSES- IF YOU ARE ILL THIS WEEK, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CLINIC AT ALL- If I get taken out this week, this also takes out everyone else's treatments and classes and this isn't fair to have everyone else affected or have germs passed on. I also don't want to be heading into Christmas poorly or run down. With little ones at home, I want to fully enjoy this Christmas break. Your symptoms will also worsen having massage if you are starting with something. So whether its just starting, mid flow or back end of anything, please keep this at home.

✨ Gift vouchers - all vouchers can be purchased from the website or our usual links for specific treatments or set amounts. Or if you are booking something for your wives, girlfriends, partners, family members, you can book them in directly too (if they know you are doing this). If you are buying a voucher, please add all of your details in so that they don't get notified until you are ready to gift this to them. (LADIES - if you need to give someone the nudge, just forward this or tag them in this post haha).

✨ YOU TIME- amid the chaos, make sure you schedule some you time too. DM to join the waitlist for any cancellations or for any urgent appointments just message me and I'll do my best to get you in.

🩷 Schedule some YOU-TIME 🩷

In all the busy and bustle of Christmas prep, dont forget to put you first and schedule some well needed you time.

It's all good getting your hair, nails and lashes done to look good for the photos but the amount of women who look back at those photos and only remember how awful they felt, the brave face the put on, the real struggle that happened when they felt uncomfortable..... thats not something you want to worry about.

Enjoy an hour or two for you, so that you can be fully present without discomforts, fully focused on enjoying family time and so relaxed that you actually remember that you enjoyed the Christmas break in the most relaxed way you’ve ever been 🩷

✨️ And..... a call to all partners, family members and friends........ if you know she's about to do it all to make sure everyone has the best Christmas (which lets face it, you know she will), gift her a little bit of time for her ahead of the choas ✨️

This beautiful quote has sat by my side for many years..... right back to the days before The Pregnancy Emporium idea was conceived. And I want to share this for anyone who needs to hear something positive too 🩷

Its a quote that kept me going through multiple baby losses to finally getting our rainbow, from uncertainty about going back to a job after maternity leave that wanted me to choose between working full time or enjoying motherhood....... like there was ever even a question there.

The leap from then having a baby to becoming fully self employed, and all the worries of if and how it would workout.............. im forever grateful for taking that leap of faith with a 6 week old baby, because it did more than work out.

This week in clinic its all been about postnatal recovery. Some difficulties journeys for some of the beautiful ladies I've treated, have now started to find calm.Their worries and fears are being met with softness, safety and a clear picture of how they can work through it.

Scar tissue rehab has loosened months and years of holding tension. Minds are more relaxed and recovery paths can be seen with confidence.

And this everything I get to support because I took a leap of faith in knowing where I was meant to be in life.

Its not just a massage, its a whole support system of prehab and rehab. A journey of consistency and a continuation of care.

✨️👶🏼🍼 Baby Club- January 2026- NOW OPEN 🍼👶🏼✨️

The doors are now open to join our Baby Club Membership for January 2026 and its more than just a baby class.

Its a safe space to navigate the early weeks and months of motherhood, with like-minded mummies and babies. Its friendship building with those who get you in this current life phase. Its a safe space to show up to whatever life throws at you.

Babies will learn, grow, develop through structured classes, will make their own babies friendships, learn from others in their class and make beautiful memories with you while you are on your maternity journey.

Classes include:

🩵 Baby Jam Music with Jen (Mondays)
🩷 Postnatal Recovery classes with Janine (Tuesdays)
🩵 Baby Massage and Baby Yoga (Wednesdays)
🩷 Progression into Bespoke Baby class- advanced babies
🩵 A supportive whats app group for your course
🩷 Access to postnatal recovery advice for your core, back and pelvic floor
🩵 Seasonal parties for Christmas, Easter, Summer and Halloween.

Time has gone so fast this year and each week seems to speed up as we get that little bit closer to Christmas 🎄 🎁✨️

📕 Prep is now underway for some New Year changes and its time to organise classes for 2026. There is an exciting new offering joining the clinic treatment list in 2026 that I cant wait to share with you.

👶🏼 All Baby Club class links will be sent out this week to get you ready for classes starting in January. We have just a couple of spaces left if you would like to join us for a journey of Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Bespoke Baby class.

💆🏽‍♀️ We have some availability left for December clinic for anyone who needs a pre-christmas relax. Clinic closes down for a wholesome 2 weeks off on Friday 19th once the kids finish school and we return on Monday 5th January.

🍼👶Its almost time to open the doors to our newest intake for Baby Club and I cannot wait to meet some of the beautiful mums and babies who are joining us on this special journey 👶🍼

Our next intake starts on Wednesday 7th January and already some of the spaces have been snapped up. What is making this even more special is that those ladies who have already secured their spaces, are ladies I have looked after all the way through their pregnancy journeys whether it be through massage in clinic or pregnancy classes, so I cannot wait to welcome them back for the next phase in their motherhood journey and meet their gorgeous little ones.

Baby club is so special to me in so many ways, but one of the most beautiful things about this journey is being able to support the new mums through all the seasons of motherhood. It literally is a whole tribe of support, love encouragement, cheerleading, lifting each other up on the rough days and celebrating all the wins for both the mums and babies. I feel so very blessed to facilitate these classes and bring together these gorgeous women. We even have dads, grandma's and aunties join sometimes, they are always welcome.

With small group classes, bespoke support, lots of love, care and guidance, you really are not just joining another baby class, but a whole network of essential support for your motherhood journey. They say it takes a village....

And I cant wait to welcome you to class.

🤧 Winter germs - If you are poorly, please stay home 🤧

As we all know, the winter germs are rife at the moment. Coughs, colds, sickness....... everyone is being hit by it all.

And most of the time its unavoidable, we could all pick up something from friends, family and lets face it, children are the most germ sharing little loves ❤️

While I know its hard to manage germs and how quickly these are shared, I must add a polite reminder for classes and clinic.

✨️ If you are unwell - please stay home - protect others ✨️

If you think you're just starting with something, please stay home. If you are still at the back end of something, stay home til it's fully gone. The back end of something, means the germs are still there and could still be spread.

Help protect others from gaining the germs and being wiped out too.

Im trying my best to avoid catching anything, because if im taken out, it completely takes out clinic days and all classes.

Additional hand gels and wipes will be around clinic and classes, but if you are unwell, you must stay home.

Let's help keep each other safe and well.

A little early Christmas get together with other like-minded mums, with great company, great conversation and a night off from anyone needing you 🎄🎁✨️

And dont worry, we know its a school night so we wont keep you out too late, but equally enjoy as much or as little time as you can manage.
