Proud to have won the Blackpool Aquatics Waterpolo Player of the Year for 2025 at the weekend.

Really chuffed to have got a picture with Ivor Cooke who is a true legend of the club.
He used to coach me when I younger in the Newton Hall days and is an inspiration that he his still training, competing and smashing it now.
Well done on your award!

Micro breaks, where desk workers incorporate movement into their day, can be so effective at reducing tension and tightness.
Stop in the name of love ✋ ❤️: extend your arm out in front of you, with your wrist flexed like a stop motion, as per this classic dance position. Use your other hand to extend your fingers backward slightly. You should feel a great stretch along the forearm. (people with hyper mobility should take care not to overextend here).
