We’re looking for someone special to join our team.

You’ll be confident driving a mini bus to a high standard and have plenty of experience supporting people living with dementia—often advanced. Bring a bubbly, positive attitude, flexibility, and can do approach to positive risk-taking.

- Hours: 4 days a week, including every weekend
- Pay: Living wage + great perks (discounted holidays, welfare benefits, and more)
- Ideal for: Mature, experienced carers who value meaningful work and teamwork

We like to ensure that the members of our team who don't drive have no worries about getting to their next call so we have teamed up with whitesides taxis to allow all staff to use their services
Staff who do drive have a prepaid fuel card so they don't have to worry about not having enough fuel to get around in these expensive times before payday. Travelling time and mileage is paid on every visit as well as their contracted hours not just for the calls they do
