You may have noticed that unlike many other care providers we dont feel the need post regularly about what we are up to, this is because we dont need to shout it from the rooftops how amazing the Moments team is the feedback says it all
We are busy texting or ringing our clients daily and weekly to check on them, we drop in for coffee or take them out to lunch while we support their loved ones, our team surveys show how happy they are, the facts that they return or recommend us to other carers
They all know someone is there 24/7 for them and we will not think twice about visiting someone in the middle of the night if they need someone
The Hub remains the fun place to be 7 days a week and the countdown is on to our next supported holiday
