Great ready because next week, it's our Summer Sizzler Saturday special ... Water Splash!! 🌊

We'll learn about a wise man and a foolish man, meet a drunken sailor (or little teddy bear in this case 🤭), go splishin' and splashin' in water, enjoy a foot massage, a rub-a-dub dub AND take a magical trip under the sea too! WOW ✨

If you would like to join us, spaces are available to book via our website www.babysensory.com/fylde for babies aged from birth to 13 months. We're running at Hambleton Village Hall on Saturday 2nd August and the class can be found by selecting 'Hambleton Village Hall' from the venue dropdown box if you don't want to view the whole of the Summer timetable (although do take a look at the other Summer specials we have running too incase any are of interest!)

*Please note, water is used in this class so please bring along a towel and dress babies in swimwear/swim nappy should you wish. Also, seating will be provided if you'd like to bring an additional adult with you to enjoy the fun!

Did you know that we do private bookings?!🎈🎂

I've had 3 enquiries this week alone about first birthday party's, including enquiries for 2026 so thought I would do a quick post as there are literally now just a few dates remaining for 2025!

If you would like to celebrate Baby Sensory Fylde style at your little one's first birthday or Christening (this includes joint parties too which also mean you can share the cost!) then please get in touch asap via private message, WhatsApp or email and I'll send some info out to you and check the diary to see if I'm available! ✨

Ps. Even if your little one isn't celebrating until 2026, it would be good to get the date in the diary now whilst it's looking quite empty as opposed to leaving it closer to the time and risking your special date being booked so feel free to send that enquiry! 💚💛

Our 'Summer Sizzlers' start next week with a fin-tastic little session to start the Summer season ... 'A Shark's Tale'! 🦈

Join us on an interactive mission to find sharks in the Great Barrier Reef - the most magical place on Earth. Beyond the wonders of the deep and other mysteries of the sea, we find Bruce the Aussie shark and his friends having fun Baby Sensory style. Your babies will love the colours, the movement, the sounds and the FABULOUS sea creatures we come across deep down in the sea which can only be described as ELECTRIFYING!✨

Spaces are available on Tuesday 29th July at Staining Village Hall and Wednesday 30th July at Carleton Memorial Hall for babies aged from birth to 13 months. 🎓 Summer Term Graduates 2025 🎓

Last week we waved goodbye to 25 little superstars as they graduated from Baby Sensory Fylde to begin their next adventures!

Some of these babies have enjoyed our classes since they were just a couple of weeks old and it has been so lovely to watch and enjoy their journey over the last year as they've learned to roll, to sit, to crawl and in some cases even take their first steps 👣

I wish all of these little ones and their families lots of luck on the next stage of their journeys and I hope your days are filled with lots of fun, smiles, magical moments, balloons and bubbles whenever they can! ✨

Please do stay in touch and send me pictures from time to time as I'd love to see what you get up to!

🐻 Teddy bear themed 1st birthday 🐻

What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday morning celebrating this little one's first birthday surrounded by his friends and family. It was lovely to see lots of babies from class, to catch up with graduates and their families and to meet some little ones I haven't had the pleasure of meeting before!

When tasked with a bear themed party that included bubbles, lights and a puppet show, I think you can tell from the birthday boy's face that he had a 'beary' good time 🤭

'Teddy absolutely adores Lucy – she’s his favourite person! We’ve looked forward to our weekly baby sensory sessions every single week. From songs and lights to bubbles and parachutes – you name it, Lucy brings it all with so much warmth, energy, and genuine love for the babies.

She made Teddy’s 1st birthday party extra special with her thoughtful touches and engaging activities – every baby (and parent!) had the best time. If you have a baby aged newborn to 13 months, we couldn’t recommend Lucy more. Her sessions are magical, and the connection she builds with each baby is something truly special.'

Thank you so much to this little bear and his family for having me and I wish you all the best on your next big boy adventures after graduating this week! I hope you all had the best time and made memories that last a lifetime✨

Look at our babies going for gold in 'Baby Olympics' 😍

They completed challenges and were rewarded with an Olympic Procession, a closing ceremony light show and got the chance to pass the Olympic Torch and light up the Olympic Cauldron.

Today I waved a final goodbye to the 'Summer Term 2025' and what a term it's been! We've enjoyed 7 weeks of fun with 'Baby Olympics', celebrated 'Father's Day' with the fabulous Michael Ivan Photography team, explored 'Rainbows', met lots of 'Animals', had 'Fun and Games', loved quiet time and lights in 'Sleep Tight' and partied away this week with our 'Summer Special'.

Thank you so, so much for joining me, whether it's been one week, a couple or the whole 7 - I really do hope you've enjoyed it. I also want to say again, the biggest of thank you's for all the cards, gifts, messages and personal thank you's you've all given this week, each and every one honestly means so much and it makes me so, so pleased that you enjoy your time at Baby Sensory Fylde so much!

We are finished now term wise until September when we're back with the 'Early Autumn Term' but don't forget, if you can't wait until then we have our 'Summer Sizzlers' dotted around the Summer holidays for you to enjoy. All these classes are ready and available to book at www.babysensory.com/fylde

School may be out for Summer for a lot of the Fylde Coast schools today but that does not mean classes have to stop! 'Summer Sizzlers' are coming!! 🎉

Our 'Summer Sizzlers' will provide 4 sessions of fun and magic for you and your little one this Summer. If you have a baby aged from birth to 13 months and you're looking for a class or classes that run over the Summer holidays then look no further! We have classes running in Staining, Carleton, Hambleton and Kirkham with a different theme each time!

✨ Thank you Thursday ✨

I haven't done a thank you Thursday for a while and today, I felt I absolutely needed to because I needed to say a massive thank you so much for all the lovely messages, gifts, cards and thank you's I have received this week! I usually put this in my end of term post and still will but I needed to say a few early words as a 'Thank you Thursday tonight'.

I've spent the last week spamming my socials asking you to vote in the 'What's on 4 Kids Awards' and voting has now closed but I have been absolutely blown away by your comments and messages saying you've voted, letting me know you think I'd be a deserving winner and explaining how much you love our classes. Each and every comment and message means so much, I cannot even begin to tell you. Mix that with a heck of a lot of thoughtful graduate gifts, cards, messages and personal thank you's and I am feeling very loved right now which is such a lovely feeling to have.

As a result, I just wanted to say thank you, thank you for loving our classes, thank you for rebooking each week/each term and thank you for all the memories and fun times you give me. I don't find out whether we've made it as a finalist in the awards until September but as cliché as it sounds, to know how much you think of our classes and the difference they're making to your babies, to yourselves and to your first year getting to know each other is absolutely more than enough for me!

You're all amazing and thank you for the thank you's 🤭.

We loved 'Animals' week as we met Pip the pup, explored Wiggly Woo the worm, bounced like kangaroos, watched Incy Wincy jump up and down on a web and were mesmerised as we went to the woods for a moonlit puppet show!
