When you’re reading reviews, focus on the ones written by people with similar goals to yours. Someone chasing a completely different look will naturally have a different opinion. If you can’t find reviews from people who want the kind of natural result you’re after, it might be a sign that the clinic isn’t the right fit for you.
I hope that was useful 🙏🏼

We’ve got a Botox Bandit!! A RUNNER!! 🏃🏼♀️🚨 🚔
We haven’t really, but I’m sure this got your attention 👀 😅
Anyhoo, we’re changing our payment policy. We will now be taking full payment before treatment is carried out (on your arrival).
So that,
• You don’t get any cost surprises
• You can concentrate on relaxing rather than thinking about moving money to different accounts, did I forget my card, what’s my new pin? ….
• The clinic runs smoother as our receptionist can take payment so Kate can keep to the clinical stuff
• We limit our risk of botox bandits 🤭
Love to you all

My name is Kate, and I am an aesthetic nurse based in a private and discreet Lytham clinic. I am a registered Nurse under the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have been a member since I qualified in 2011 from The University of Central Lancashire. My nursing career has covered many specialities including, haematology (blood specialist), palliative care, community nursing and TPN specialist. I continue to practice in my nursing role on a part-time basis to maintain my competencies and studies.
My aesthetics career began in 2018 where I studied foundation Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers at SkinViva Training with Dr Natalie Ball. I then furthered my skills with Lip Filler training at SkinViva Training with Dr Natalie Ball. I am a strong believer that aesthetic treatments should be done safely and your health and well-being is a priority. To ensure I have the right management skills to deal with any complications that may arise I have completed SkinViva’s Dermal Filler Complications Mastery and Botulinum Toxin Complications training. This has enabled my confidence to manage complications independently. Although , I appreciate that all good clinician’s should have a wealth of connections in the industry for continued support and learning, which I have in Dr Tim, SkinViva’s founder.
I then realised that I needed further training to provide the desired looks patients were requesting. Full facial rejuvenation was a must to provide a comprehensive treatment journey to reverse the signs of ageing. I believe it is important to treat the cause of ageing and not just the affects it’s caused. Understanding the full range of treatments would also give me a holistic approach to anti-ageing and facial restoration. Therefore, I completed my Advanced Aesthetic training with Dr Hennessey of Dr Hennessey Academy, Preston. Here I learnt advanced botulinum toxin, jawline, jowl and chin rejuvenation, tear trough treatment, cheek fillers and liquid rhinoplasty. I followed this training with another tear trough filler training session with Nurse Heidi Dollimore who has been an aesthetics nurse for more than 15 years. I felt this training was advantageous due to the delicate nature of this specific treatment.
To compliment my injectable treatments I trained in skincare treatments to aid my holistic approach to anti-ageing. These include, Micro-needling, Mesotherapy, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, and Sunekos. I feel that providing treatments to maintain healthy skin is beneficial to caring for your skin and your appearance. Helping to restore the outer layers of the skin will aid the quality results of injectable treatments, helping them last longer and giving you more confidence in your skin.
I have since completed two further Lip Masterclasses to develop further techniques and styles. Lip fillers is a particularly enjoyable treatment for me to provide as I enjoy the creativity of designing bespoke treatments. In fact, all my treatments are bespoke to you, your facial structure, your preferences and goals in mind. The theory behind injecting is vital and understanding the anatomy is essential but this does not ensure beautiful safe treatments alone, artistry and an eye for detail is vital too, which I pride myself on and find this is greatly part of my enjoyment in my aesthetics role.
I am also a mentor for other aesthetic practitioners (health professionals only) for lip filler advice and support. I continue to provide support for over a thousand members of Beautiful You Aesthetics Academy. I thoroughly enjoy this role and have a natural talent for teaching, with my calm and collective nature and critical thinking. I continue to advance my skills and ensure I work to BACN (British Association of Cosmetic Nurses) standards. I am a member of the Aesthetics Complications Expert (ACE) Group as I value medical-based practice and withholding their standards and regulations in my practice. I provide all my patients with access to a 24 hour helpline to ensure they have my support after their treatment. I am insured for all cosmetic treatments I carry out and practice from a purpose-built medical clinic and hold excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness. My practice is Covid-19 secure and all relevant policies and procedures are up to date and approved HSE (Health and Safety Executive) guidelines.
