Prices are just £35 for a full day, with the option to top up from just £10 per hour.

This is perfect if you need a quiet space away from home, in a private, professional environment.

Hybrid therapist? Fit in online clients, around in-person services.

Bookings can be made online, on a pay as you go basis from £10 for an hour, to as little as £35 for a full day.

Today is World Mental Health Day

This year's theme is 'access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies'. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability.

The mental health foundation website contains tips on how to manage news consumption and the impact of doomscrolling.

There are downloadable resources available to help you cope with issues such as overwhelm and how to manage and reduce stress.
