Today is World Mental Health Day

This year's theme is 'access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies'. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability.

The mental health foundation website contains tips on how to manage news consumption and the impact of doomscrolling.

There are downloadable resources available to help you cope with issues such as overwhelm and how to manage and reduce stress.
