In the month of December, our elves have been busy helping people with Christmas decorations. We have kept the identity of the elves top secret.

Now their work is done, they are happy to unveil their identity.

Something that made us smile today: the ongoing December classic — the mince pie debate.
Some people love them, some aren’t so sure, and some claim they “only like the ones they used to make years ago”.

No matter the opinion, it always sparks a bit of fun and conversation at this time of year.

There’s something about festive treats that brings out everyone’s personality.

Whether you’re on Team Love Them or Team Once a Year Is Enough… they always make December feel a bit more joyful. 🥧🎅

Today is our client Christmas party, held at The Glendower Hotel

Our clients and team will be joined by pupils from Ansdell Primary School, who will also be enjoying a Christmas dinner and singing Christmas carols for us.

This is always a joyous occasion, followed by a visit from Father Christmas himself.

Specal is a management method for people living with Dementia. It can really make the difference to how safe and secure people ‘feel’. When living with Dementia, facts may not be stored but feelings are and therefore become ever so more important. This video is worth a watch with Specal flowing through so naturally and effectively making the person living with Dementia ‘feel’ again.
