I love the Easter break with the double bank holiday, sunny days and the air is beginning to warm up. We started off the weekend well with a lovely walk at Grasmere in The Lakes and Walter the cockapoo is exhausted today, so he’s resting in the sunshine… Hoping you all enjoy the Easter weekend too 🐣 We will be back in work as usual on Tuesday.

The clinic is closed from Monday 20th January as we are away in Finland celebrating my 50th birthday… The clinic will reopen as usual on Monday 27th January. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora Borealis on our first night. What a fantastic display of nature at its best! 💞

Here is a big THANK YOU to all of you who have given to the Christmas gift collection. The gifts are being bundled up and taken off today to be handed out to parents on the Fylde coast who are struggling to make ends meet. Conference 2024, we’ve had a blast! Heel pain in menopausal women…Wellbeing, mental health and self care has been the focus at this years conference.
It’s been great to listen to many favourite speakers, to learn about colleagues’ research projects, meet up with suppliers, and of course to meet up with colleagues old and new, whilst getting festive at the Knaresborough Christmas light switch on with the town cryer!

Fascinating Saturday learning about using a dermatoscope to aid us in identifying suspicious skin lesions…. Going the extra mile for our patients.
New equipment arriving at the clinic very soon.

(It’s just such a shame it’s a beautiful Autumnal day - too nice to be sat inside with the curtains closed 🌞 🍂 🫣)
