Residents from Ashlands Manor Care Centre in Sale enjoyed a fantastic Myley outing to J Parker’s Garden Centre in Flixton this week! 🚌✨

It was a beautiful morning spent admiring the colourful flowers and seasonal decorations, with plenty of inspiration gathered for their own gardens back at the home. 🌸🌿

Everyone also had great fun exploring the Halloween section, getting into the spooky spirit ahead of their themed party later this week! 🎃👻

Our residents from The Grand Care Centre enjoyed a lovely trip to the local garden centre, where they admired the beautiful fish and shared fond memories of keeping them — along with stories of the hard work that came with it! 🐠💬

We rounded off the visit with a delicious scone and a comforting cup of tea, the perfect way to warm up and enjoy great company. 🍰🫖💛

Last week, the amazing team and residents at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre in Warrington turned the home pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness! 💖

Everyone joined in the fun — from bright pink outfits to rosy accessories — and the enthusiasm throughout the home was incredible. 🌸✨

The celebrations even included a special pink-themed bingo, with prizes to match the colour of the day! 🎁💗

A huge well done to the team, residents, and families for coming together to support such an important cause — a perfect example of care, community, and compassion in action. 💕

☺️ A Week Full of Fun and Activities at Bridgewater Manor! ☺️

What a busy and exciting week it’s been here at Bridgewater Manor Care Centre — filled with creativity, movement, music, and smiles all around! 💕

🎵 Our residents found their rhythm during lively music sessions, exploring different beats and sounds.
💃🏼 We kept active with movement and dance, promoting fitness and plenty of laughter along the way.
🎨 During Colouring and Painting Day, we explored artists like Kandinsky, known for his bold colours and patterns, before creating our own masterpieces on canvas.
🧶 Our knitting club got underway — a wonderful way to keep minds and hands busy while enjoying a good chat and a cup of tea! ☕
🐶 We also welcomed Lucy, our lovely Therapy Dog, who brought so much joy (and tail wags!) to everyone.
🎯 And to top it all off, we had fun with indoor throwing games and OOMPH noodle exercises, using pool noodles to keep active and entertained!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in — what a wonderful week of connection, creativity, and community spirit! 🌟
