Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.
Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.
Yoga Relaxation can help you sleep better by improving mood, decreasing anxiety and feelings of depression, thus creating an environment of healing.for your body and mind.
