Six 30 minute yoga posture classes and Two Breathwork Classes . £10 for access to all classes .

Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.

Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.

Yoga can help you sleep better by improving mood, decreasing anxiety and feelings of depression, thus creating an environment of healing.for your body and mind.

As a full time BWY teacher and Yoga Therapist and Practitioner for over 20 years I offer a safe environment for you to deepen an already strong Yoga Practice or to develop a New Yoga Practice.

These classes will include modifications for newer students but are not suitable for pregnant ladies, sorry x
