Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.

Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.

The changes being made to the layout of the Square in St Annes on Sea (pictured here at an early stage) are all set to open up a lot of exciting opportunities for residents, visitors and businesses in the town centre.

With funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Fylde Council is hosting a series of no cost outdoor yoga sessions delivered by well-known local expert Jo Eastham Yoga.
