One 60 minute class ,Six 30 minute yoga posture classes and Two Breathwork Classes. £10 for access to all classes .

Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.

Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.

Bring a Yoga Mat and maybe a towel/ fleece to use as a comfy prop. I also recommend layers of clothes to accommodate an open environment.

Fylde Council are offering this FREE URBAN YOGA event to all as a way of utilising a regenerated local space to benefit the general public.

Yoga doesn’t have to take place in a pretty field.
URBAN YOGA is an opportunity to connect with yourself and nature, a mindful and refreshing way to experience space from a different perspective.

It can help sharpen your awareness of your surroundings within the bustle of shops, cars, seagulls…….noticing the ground beneath you and that feeling of slowing down and stillness within.

Our aim is to create a FREE POP UP environment for like minded individuals who are open to experiencing the benefits YOGA can bring 🧘‍♀️.
