π§ββοΈ 2025 Zoom Yoga - discover the benefits of Yoga from the comfort of your home. It really can help at any time of the year , in particular if you are feeling anxious or depressed. Taking your time , working at your own steady pace. Consistency is the key π§ββοΈ.
One 60 minute class ,Six 30 minute yoga posture classes and Two Breathwork Classes. Β£10 for access to all classes .
Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.
Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.
