‼️Did Not Attend (DNA) Appointments

Struggling to get an appointment? Please be advised 1️⃣4️⃣5️⃣ Patients sadly DNA'd their appointment during the month of January 2026.

These were a mixture of routine Doctor appointments to Urgents booked on the Day, also long term conditions some of which can be 50 minutes long .

Please can we ask if you no longer require an appointment or are unable to make it you cancel in plenty of time so we can offer this to another patient. Appointments can be cancelled via the NHS App, call us and choose option 1 our check and cancel service or call reception.

👩🏼‍💻When completing the form please give the GP as much information as you can in order for them to triage your appointment request.

Cervical Screening (smear) appointments available with our nursing team or in the evenings at the extended hours service.

Invites are now sent out via the NHS App, call us today if you've received your invite or if you're overdue.

Cervical screening is offered to women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64 every 5 years.

It's not a test for cancer, it's a test to help prevent cancer.

When invited, please attend your cervical screening – it could save your life.
