🕉️ Within each of us lies a sanctuary of peace, a space that is eternally whole. This inner realm is the wellspring of bliss, love, fulfillment, joy, and ancestral wisdom. It possesses an unwavering certainty, free from doubt or fear, and remains intrinsically connected to the Divine. Our purpose is to reconnect and dwell in this sacred space, allowing it to guide our lives.

Yoga is the science of turning inward, navigating through the layers of our being (Koshas) to reach this profound essence. Each time we connect with this inner sanctuary, we pierce through the veils of being that obscure our true selves, allowing more of our soul’s light to illuminate our path. This is the essence of Yoga a transformative practice that leads us on a journey of self-realization.

As stated in the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self. Join me for a traditional Hatha yoga class, beginning on Monday 3rd February at 6:30 PM.

We will begin with classes focused on Moon practice. As we evolve together so will the class. This nurturing class is suitable for all levels of practice, beginners welcomed 🙏

This will be a complete Yoga practice of Asana, Pranayama, Savasana and Meditation.
