We introduced Ryan Biggs our Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach a few months ago before he went on his travels after completing his university degree.
Ryan is now back and is keen to take on new clients who are looking specifically at improving their baseline strength and conditioning.

Develop functional strength to benefit everyday life and create greater independence.
What is ? 🤔
Functional strength is the foundation of movement. Once we build this base, it becomes easier to:
Apply new skills.
Help prevent muscle fatigue and injury.
Navigate through
It's about being strong for real-life tasks, like , , stairs and more
Does strength matter?🤔
With a strong foundation, new movements become easier, whether it’s standing taller, walking further, or taking the stairs with more confidence. The aim is to build long-term physical ability and improve overall functionality.
Who is this for? 🤔
Everyone benefits from strength training, but for children with it’s especially important to complement and by building strength.
Has your child’s ?
Are they struggling to learn a new skill?
Do they find certain situations difficult? (E.g. longer distances, uneven surfaces, stairs etc.)

Are they good at following instructions but need the right guidance?
These sessions provided will be designed to improve on all of the above and can also be combined with already provided by (under the guidance of Drew).
