Hi i'm Drew Walcott, a former international sprinter for Team GB and England, and have competed at the highest level in Athletics. I decided to use my knowledge and experience to work with children with Cerebral Palsy, to aid them with their rehabilitation and recovery process. We introduced Ryan Biggs our Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach a few months ago before he went on his travels after completing his university degree.

Ryan is now back and is keen to take on new clients who are looking specifically at improving their baseline strength and conditioning.

What is ? 🤔

Functional strength is the foundation of movement. Once we build this base, it becomes easier to:
Apply new skills.
Help prevent muscle fatigue and injury.
Navigate through

It's about being strong for real-life tasks, like , , stairs and more

Does strength matter?🤔

With a strong foundation, new movements become easier, whether it’s standing taller, walking further, or taking the stairs with more confidence. The aim is to build long-term physical ability and improve overall functionality.

Who is this for? 🤔
Everyone benefits from strength training, but for children with it’s especially important to complement and by building strength.
