A happy outcome after the first appointment. He is doing very well academically at school and is gifted in maths and learning languages but had been struggling with his anxiety and social skills in a mainstream setting. Mum feels that now he is feeling less anxious at school and is able to interact and make friends he can practice and grow more confident with his speech and language and social cues.

We still have some way to go with picky eating, stimming, lack of focus but this is a very positive start for him.

I want to update you on a patient that you may remember - an 8 YO boy with Autism. After the first appointment he became more aware of his Dad in his life, more verbal and aware of his own achievements. A month later we see him talking more and expressing himself through singing- a sign we often see after good progress is being made!

His mum watched him sing fluently with his classmates – which was wonderful, there’s still much work to do before he starts to self-regulate but we are heading in the right direction.

I want to share this case as little things can make a big difference! ‘She’s wearing underwear’ was the first thing mum shared with me when we last met. It has been difficult for her to feel comfortable wearing underwear, and mum is so proud of her. She has become more flexible with what she can wear so getting ready for school is much quicker with less upsets.

She’s also less anxious at night-time - after the 1st few appointments her parents were able to leave her to sleep independently! She’s even had a successful sleepover with a friend. This has made bedtime so much easier and allowed her parents to enjoy the evening time again.

There is still much work to do so that she can recognise social cues but her emotional regulation is improving and it’s making life easier at home and school.

I’ve been working with this lady for a few months treating her with Reiki and Homeopathy. I’m so pleased that her stress and anxiety has reduced significantly, with less bloating and discomfort with more energy and resilience. We are continuing to work together to help manage her stress and improve her wellbeing at work and home.

I wanted to share this happy news and highlight that many women in their 40s struggle with similar symptoms whilst juggling their jobs and family lives. Homeopathy and Reiki are great tools that can help.

I want to share a blog post that I wrote earlier this year about how hard it is to parent neurodivergent children. Especially so at the end of a long school term and over the Christmas holidays when expectations are high, meals are off schedule, bed times are less structured and everyone is trying to create the perfect Christmas!

I was so happy to hear that this patient is able to regulate his eating and is choosing when to eat and can leave food on his plate. It's the first time he has been able to do this since very young.

His headaches, sickness and pains have all improved. Still work to do to improve his stimming, hyperactivity, and focus. He is happier and less anxious.

I was so happy that she was able to face her exams with courage, without anxiety and vomiting, which had become so debilitating during tests. She had been feeling very angry, she was overwhelmed, she had PMS. OCD, acid indigestion. I worked with her to review her diet, and lifestyle leading up to her exams. All symptoms improved and she was able to focus on the exams and do the best she could.

This patient I have seen for 5 months - and we are seeing gradual improvements amongst lots of changes at home and school.
I am really happy to see her settling well at high school, she is making friends and progress academically.

Mum and I are working on strategies to help her make transitions smoother, manage her explosive anger, and make her more resilient. She is also crying less and feeling less shameful about her behaviour and it’s building her confidence. She is more loving after taking the remedies - which is wonderful.

There is still a way to go with her behaviour but the less soiling means she feels better about herself, there’s less work for mum and less physical aggression which makes home life easier to manage.

He has Autism, possibly ADHD too, suspected leaky gut, lots of stimming, head flicking, jumping, babbling, difficult moods.

I felt so happy when I heard that he has become more verbal and recognises his own achievements, so aspiring for more!
Mum can also have a break as he is loving spending more time with dad. What a lovely outcome after the first appointment. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more improvements with further remedies or a repeat of this one!

There’s also less shrieking when he is unhappy and doesn’t get his own way. The household must be feeling calmer.
