What another lovely day we have today. This morning I am studying. I have nearly finished my kinesiology course. This therapy I will find useful in my work. It is muscle testing. Testing your muscles can help identify different ailments or allergies which are affecting your life. We can then work together to help you feel better emotionally and physically.

Good morning. This is my affirmation for this week. I believe that this is to do with my business. Some of you may know I am doing some different courses to help my clients. I will soon be integrating these methods of healing with my other therapies. I still have other courses to do and will probably more. 😂. I am presently working on a kinesiology course. This is muscle testing. This will help me to identify areas that may be affecting you which you may not know about. For example you may have headaches and don't know the cause. By using kinesiology I can ask the body for example if a certain food is causing you headaches, or stress. Testing your muscles will allow me to know the answer. I have finished my EFT course which helps deal with many situations eg pain or stress. Exciting. Other therapies will be added.

I hear a lot of people saying how they want to be perfect. I used to be like this. Thinking I always had to be right, I couldn't make mistakes. I did it because I thought I would be liked. But I have come to realise that our imperfections ( if you can call them that) are what makes us who we are. No one is the same as anybody else. We are all unique. Even twins have differences. What is perfect? I believe that perfect is what we believe to be 100% right. But then would it be perfect anyway? I opened a page of a book by Donna Ashworth. I wanted to share it with you. So remember that people like us for us and not when we are trying to be perfect!!! ###

My affirmation for this week. How many of us feel that taking care of ourselves, doing things that we want to do and saying no is a selfish thing. Yes I know I have said it before. Maybe this is a reminder!!! Well it isn't. If we don't look after ourselves others may take advantage, then we may become resentful and do things because we know that's what others want. Also to help look after others we need to care for ourselves. Setting boundaries is also part of self love. This is something I struggle with but I'm now trying to put into place. It can be difficult but is a must to protect ourselves. So today think of one thing that you do to give yourself some love. And when you have done it recognise how you are feeling? Where are you feeling it in your body? If you would like to share then please do, otherwise just keep it and remember it for another time. ###

Yay it's Christmas 🎄. Thank you to all of my clients for their support this year. I am now officially on holiday until 29th December. Thank you for my lovely cards and gifts. I realise how lucky I am to have such amazing clients. Wishing you all a happy Christmas and best wishes for the new year. ###

Hi I just want to thank all of my clients for your loyalty and understanding when I have had to change your appointments recently. I am having to be tougher on myself and try not to arrange appointments for people in the evening and at weekends when I need to be concentrating on family and myself. So I just wanted to let you all know my working hours so if I don't answer your messages at the weekend or the evening please don't think I am ignoring you.

If you do need to cancel your appointment I would appreciate 48 hours so that I can get someone else in but in cases of emergency I understand that this may not always be the case. I also understand if your appointment is on a Monday you may message me at the weekend.

I thought I would share a poem with you from Donna Ashworth. I find her poems to be uplifting and comforting. This poem made me think about life in general. How many times do we feel that we are not good enough and we should be doing better in life. But this is probably us telling ourselves that or maybe that is how we have perceived that people have made us feel. Whatever has made you feel like this just takes a deep breath in and think how you can make yourself feel that you are good enough and you are how you want to be. It could just be a small change you need to make. Like the poem says just looking after the grass can make a difference. So just by looking after yourself can make a big difference.I am really passionate about self worth. I have learnt to look after myself and just by doing things like meditation, tapping and just knowing when to say no has helped me . So today I ask you to think of yourself and notice how good you feel. ###
