We hosted an amazing More...Movement Just Bowl Tournament here at Mary Chapman Court! We competed against another two homes (The Hawthorns and Dussindale). Our team from Mary Chapman Court won 1st place, The Hawthorns 2nd place, and Dussindale 3rd place.

The people living with us really enjoyed our tabletop gardening. It looks gorgeous out there, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy More...Socialising and More...Fresh Air. We are all looking forward to seeing the flowers bloom.

Monday morning was full of laughter at Mary Chapman Court!

It is always a pleasure to have our regular entertainer 'Budgie' keep coming back. Those living with us absolutely loved his performance as they always sing and dance along.

Today was the launch of our first monthly Joint Coffee Morning hosted at Mary Chapman Court, attended by people living at both Dussindale Park, and Mary Chapman Court.

We also had Journalist students, Oliver and Sonny from the University of East Anglia, who were doing a tv and radio piece on 'Loneliness in Norwich' for their 2nd year exam. They interviewed residents, visitors and the Home Manager.

These Joint Coffee Mornings will be on the 1st Wednesday of each month, with the next being held at Dussindale Park on the 2nd of July.

A homely environment is ideal for service users to achieve a comfortable retirement, while having their personal freedoms respected in pursuing as active and fulfilling a daily lifestyle as they wish. Respite and convalescent care are also available from Mary Chapman Court, as well as palliative services where required.
